If the cause is unknown and a diagnosis is needed, it costs $39.99 plus taxes for phones and tablets, or $49.99 plus taxes for computers and consoles. It is accepted before any work, due even if the device cannot be repaired, and deducted from the price if you have the repair done with us.
Can I come without an appointment?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. You can also request a drop-off time.
How long does it take?
A phone screen, battery or charging port repair usually takes under an hour, depending on the model and parts availability. Conditions apply. For other repairs, our team gives you the timeframe with the quote.
