Yes, the estimate is free. If the cause is unknown and a diagnosis is needed, it costs $39.99 plus taxes for phones and tablets, or $49.99 plus taxes for computers and consoles. The amount is accepted before any work, is due even if the device cannot be repaired, and is deducted from the price if you have the repair done at Eureka Mobile.
Is my repair guaranteed?
Yes. Repairs come with a 120-day commercial warranty on the installed parts, new or used, and on labour. It does not limit your legal warranties. New damage from impact, liquid, misuse, deep scratches or third-party work is not covered by the commercial warranty.
