Your data matters.
Let’s assess the options.
Family photos, contacts, documents: a broken phone or tablet may hold much more than files. We assess the possibility of accessing data stored in its internal memory, based on the device’s condition and the fault.

Your device’s memory.
The memories it holds.
This service concerns the internal memory of phones and tablets, including NAND, eMMC or UFS flash memory depending on the model. We assess the complete device and the possibilities of accessing its data.
iPhone and Android
Tell us the make, model and what happened. We assess the options for your device without promising recovery.
iPad and Galaxy Tab
Photos, documents or other inaccessible files: explain your priority and the tablet’s current condition.
Data comes first
Your goal may be to retrieve files rather than restore the device for continued use. We distinguish between these needs.
What happened to your device?
Symptoms help guide the assessment. They do not, on their own, establish a diagnosis.

No response, interrupted startup or repeated restarts: describe what you observe.

Which devices does this service cover?
This page concerns internal memory in phones and tablets, including iPhone, Android, iPad and Galaxy Tab. Service depends on the model, its condition and the available options.
Is recovery guaranteed?
No. The condition of the memory, the fault and the device’s protections may limit or prevent access to files. Recovery may be partial or unsuccessful.
Can data be recovered simply by removing the memory?
This is not a guaranteed solution. Data access depends on the model and its protections. An appropriate approach can only be determined after assessing the device.
Is this the same as repairing the device?
No. The priority may be to retrieve data rather than restore the device for continued use. Tell us your goal so we can assess the appropriate request.
How much does the service cost?
The online estimate request is free. Diagnosis and other work may involve fees. Our team confirms applicable fees and the quote before your approval.
How long will it take?
Timing depends on examining the device and the possible work. Our team will advise you based on your situation; there is no single turnaround time for every recovery.
Should I send my codes or files?
No. Do not submit them through the form. Describe only the device, fault and types of data you need. Any necessary access is discussed directly with our team.
